Turkey in a chivalrous



For this recipe you will need:


Turkey with the breast - 1-1.5 kg 
Onions - 1-2 small bulbs 
Carrots - 1 pc. 
Green celery - 1 sprig 
Parsley - 1 sprig 
Garlic - 1 clove 
Bay leaf - 1 pc. 
Pepper black pepper - 2 pea 
Dry white mushrooms - 200g 
Eggs (yolks) - 2 pcs. 
Dry white wine - 1/2 cup 
Cream (fat) - 1/4 cup 
Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup 
Oil for frying - 120-130g 
Boiled rice - 200-300g 
Butter - 50g 
Bacon-bacon - 100g 
salt.
