Shrimps casserole in Belgian




Sautéed shrimp on the Belgian - Belgian casserole, the present national dish of Belgium. Very beautiful and tasty dish from the north - a European country.
ingredients:

250 g of boiled shrimp, peeled  6 pcs. Hard-boiled eggs 


1 tbsp. liter. flour 
1 tsp. mustard powder
1 tsp. salt 
1/4 liter Cream 
1 tbsp. liter. Parsley, finely chopped 
Article 2 l. Emmental cheese, grated


Preparation:

1 Lubricate fireproof dish and fill with alternate layers of shrimp and eggs. Stir the flour, mustard powder, salt and cream and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.2 Remove it from the heat and pour the shrimp eggs. Bake in oven heated to 220 ° C for about 15 minutes until lightly browned surface.
